PHYSICAL THERAPIST, RUN COACH, OWNER & OPERATOR
Hello! My name is Ellie. I am a physical therapist, run coach, strength coach and the team physical therapist for the Freedom (the Women’s United States Australian Rules Football Team).
I am known for being a bit rant-y on the ways that the healthcare industry falls short for so many individuals and am most interested in disrupting the status quo, to offer folks something better: real change and real progress.
As a former high level athlete, I sustained a game-changing injury in high school. This experience nearly ruined my dreams as a soccer player. Luckily, I had proper support systems that pushed me towards my goal and returned me to sport so that I could go on to play division I soccer. I started Sisu Performance and Physical Therapy so that I could return the favor to other injured individuals.
Sisu PT began with the vision to help keep people engaged in sport and activity for their lifetime. We hope that you walk away from working with us, knowing we have your back. Knowing that wondering the dark forest alone isn’t necessary. That when you invest in us, we are equally invested in you and your success.
TO BE STRONG FOR LIFE.
“I HELP ATHLETES PERFORM BEYOND THEIR WILDEST EXPECTATIONS BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER AN INJURY AND FIND JOY IN SPORT AND ACTIVITY AGAIN.”
