Oh hey! We’re back with our very first guest of this podcast, Dr. Danielle Kroot. She comes to us today to chat about running during and after pregnancy.

Dr.Danielle Kroot is a physical therapist, running and triathlon coach, and owner of Starting Line. Starting Line is a hybrid facility for endurance athletes offeringphysical therapy, performance coaching, and group indoor treadmill and strength classes. Danielle’s passion for working with runners came from her own love for the sport and the challenges and injuries she faced herself as a new runner. Her treatment approach is rooted in educating and empowering her patients so they can tackle their goals with confidence. As a new Mama herself, she realized the gap in resources for women returning to run postpartum and wanted to be able to help new Mamas on their journey.
